Multidisciplinary Science

Resources and chemistry precinct

In many areas of scientific endeavour, knowledge across multiple disciplines can be advantageous. Multidisciplinary science gives you the skills to operate across traditional boundaries.

The multidisciplinary science major allows for the greatest flexibility in course design, combining an individualised combination of units which may not be possible through any other route. The course allows for a major consisting of two areas of study in the sciences.

This course can be used as an alternative pathway into other courses. You can undertake mathematics and science bridging units in order to meet the prerequisite requirements of your desired courses, including engineering and health sciences.
