Mr Daniel Milford
Daniel is an expert in complex capability realisation and applied technologies in the government, mining and utilities sectors. Daniel has 20 years of experience with Defence, including service as a Soldier and Officer, as a public servant in the Defence Department and now as a member of Defence Industry. During his career he has held a wide range of roles including: Project Manager of Wideband Global Satellite (JP2008 Ph 3H), Deputy Director of Technological Solutions in Navy Strategy Executive, attended Australian Command and Staff College & the Capability and Technology Management College, and also held numerous Command roles in the Army Reserve.
Daniel holds three masters in Capability & Technology Management (UNSW); Systems Engineering (UNSW); and Strategic Studies (Australian National University). He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, and a B.A. in History/Psychology with Honours.
Most recently, Daniel has founded Chironix, a medium sized technology company headquartered in WA with a mission to extend human potential by integrating robotics, wearables and machine learning. It operates throughout the Indo-Pacific region servicing the government, mining, utilities and health sectors.
