Student Testimonial –
I chose Curtin to undertake my PhD in Mining Engineering because it is ranked in the top two per cent of universities worldwide, so I knew it offered exceptional education and gives graduates the opportunity to excel in life wherever they go. My studies have equipped me with practical mining experience, exemplary written communication skills including writing research proposals, knowledge of mining software, and the ability and confidence to supervise and teach Higher Degree Research students. My studies have also helped me to become more focused, organised and innovative in my everyday life, and have taught me how to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
